The Hunt is on!

This Autumn join a guided wild mushroom foraging tour with an experienced licensed forager for a great opportunity to learn how to find, pick and process wild edible mushrooms!

We meet at Hampton or Wallerawang  and from there go to nearby plantation pine forests to harvest precious nature’s gift – wild mushrooms.

You will learn how to identify and collect edible mushrooms, then process them for us to cook a scrumptious lunch and see how to preserve the bounty. Your guide will teach you how to safely recognise and pick them, and will run a safety check of your basket.
