The Producers Table at The Malachi

Now in its third edition, The Producers’ Table celebrates the very best offerings from the regional town of Oberon.

The Producers’ Table is the finale event of Oberon’s Field to Forest Festival 2024, a month-long array of activities including forage tours, forest talks, open gardens and food events.

Enjoy a fascinating evening of live music, dining and stories from the region’s producers. Each ticket includes a complimentary drink on arrival. A three-course set menu showcases the finest produce from the Oberon district, beautifully prepared by local chef Drew Bolton of Short Street Kitchen and  The Milbrey Kitchen & Store. This year we are thrilled to include the world renowned Margra Lamb, and to hear the remarkable story of the Gilmore brothers. The planned menu includes a wealth of locally grown and foraged produce – beer, wine, truffles, honey, potatoes and greens.

The Art Deco gem in the heart of town, The Malachi will provide you with a magical dining experience – a night of exciting eating and good companionship, interspersed with tales from the people who grew the food and beautiful performances by extraordinary musicians.

Tickets are $125 plus booking fee. All seats are at one large communal table in a refettorio style. Groups that have come to dine together will be organised to be seated side by side and across from each other. This information is collected when making your ticket purchase.

The menu includes a variety of nuts, dairy and gluten. A vegetarian main can be catered.

The Foyer bar is open for purchase of drinks.

This event is 18 +. The Malachi is an accessible venue.
