Oberon Outdoor Festival 2024 is a month-long Festival with a variety of fun activities and events with an outdoor theme. This will include ‘family-friendly activities, Kanangra Boyd National Park Discovery Walk, Open Gardens, Heritage Village Tours, Museums and Car Display, 4WD Tag-along Tour, Fishing Lake Oberon Redfin Roundup Weekend, Teddy Bear’s Picnic and much more….

 Discovery Walking Tour Kanangra Boyd National Park Sat 9 Nov

Educational fun for all the family with a NPWS Ranger who will take you on a tour of the main walks at KBNP

Villages Historic Tour Saturday 16 November

Enjoy a guided tour of Black Springs, Burraga and Mount David region and learn about its rich pioneer history, includes morning tea and lunch

Teddy Bear’s Picnic Sunday 17 November

10am-2pm Family Fun with old school Games, face painting, petting zoo, story time and craft at Oberon Common

Redfin Round-up Fishing Competition 30 November – 1 December

Oberon Redfin Roundup welcomes anglers of all ages and skill levels to Lake Oberon. Expect an array of prizes for the largest catch, biggest bag, age categories, and lucky door prizes. Demonstrations from participating sponsors, BBQ and refreshments available all weekend. Camping is Free.
